Join us for our free monthly First Friday talk, this month featuring Physical Therapist Odessa McHart speaking on abdominal health after birth.

Friday, June 06, 2014, 5:00-6:30 pm

You will learn ways to prevent the separation and ways to restore your belly after birth.  Come meet new friends while learning  health info from a women’s health expert in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Little children are welcome, especially infants and tots.
